Conceptually, this is awesome. Painting over Starry Night to make it plain and white is a great idea. I like the blue color and most of the pencil lines. I think the green grass is too intense and you need to edit out some of the pencil lines, especially the ones around what's left of Starry Night. It just doesn't make sense to me that the white paint has pencil lines around it. I also think that cleaning up some of the pencil lines will add a more finished look to the illustration.
